What do we use your personal data for?

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

  • Manage the sending of commercial information about the training offer of the Fundación Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme and other communications of your interest, both on paper and by electronic means.
  • Manage the sending of academic and institutional information related to the events carried out by Fundació Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme as an institution, both on paper and by electronic means.
  • Manage the registration and academic records of the students and any aspect related to the studies and the mobility of the students. Enrollment management means carrying out as many administrative procedures as are necessary for this purpose.
  • Manage the commercial relationship between the Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme Foundation and the companies or professionals that make use of the services offered through the Entrepreneurship Park.
  • Carry out statistical analysis. 

We do not treat your personal data for any other purpose than those described here except for legal obligation or administrative or judicial requirement.

The data protection officer

Data transfer

We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, with the exception that we are required by law, that we must transfer them to other administrations for the exercise of their own powers, or that they have previously authorized it.

How long do we keep the data?

We will keep your personal data during the legal prescription periods, except for the data corresponding to academic records, which will be kept indefinitely. Once these legal prescription periods have elapsed, we will destroy your data using secure methods.

What are your rights?

  • Access or rectification: to consult and/or request the modification of your personal data.
  • Deletion: to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Opposition or limitation: to request that they not be processed or that a limitation be established in the processing.
  • Portability: to request the transmission of your personal data to a third party that has authorized us.
